Underwhelming Stay, Several Issues Noted

The staff was generally helpful when approached with a direct question.
The in-room phone didn't work so contacting reception or room service was impossible from the room. The cleanliness of the toilet was subpar, a disappointment. The breakfast box was also a letdown. It contained dry, stale bread and pastries, one yogurt, an old apple, and a tasteless banana. there was no water or beverages and no cutlery included.

the staff at the front were very professional security was always present i used the gym it has a boxing ring and plenty of equipment i found the front desk helpful with currency exchange and local tips taxis to the market were readily available for a reasonable fare.
the tv had limited english movie channels.

the gym offers a full range of equipment and includes a boxing ring for varied workouts the pool area provides a relaxing space with ample loungers and a shaded area for those seeking respite from the sun. the supermarket downstairs is very convenient.
